The Gondians were all “oh, shit! We’ve gotta hide the bodies”. Meet Toobin before going down to the second level. Go down there and every one is hostile. I do non-lethal damage so I can NOT kill the gondians. Then I went back and slaughtered all the unconscious guards. I lost 3 gondians from the steel watch explosions. Same I just either pushed the gnomes out or healed them up to 67+ hp so they can survive the steel watch explosion. I’d wager some invulnerability or damage reduction would made it so they can survive the explosion or need less hp to do so. death ward should also work. Not sure what damage type the steelwatch explosion is perhaps force damage.

I managed to save everyone in the Iron Throne easily and saved everyone on the top level in the foundry, but man it seems genuinely impossible to save everyone on the bottom.
