I have been told to complete a "damage report form" which doesn't exist. The Royal Mail said that only senders can complete a claim and international parcels are not eligible anyway. Prices are tempting (i paid 206 pounds sterling for an SKX009J on oyster bracelet)- but they sent a second-hand watch with multiple deep scratches to the case - and said i should keep the watch .
